Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones

Natural

Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones provides the highest absorption potential of any Calcium-Magnesium supplement. It is 100% natural, completely soluble, grit-free, fine powder formula comprised of a unique complex of organic calcium, magnesium and vitamin D. All of which contribute to strong bones, joints, cartilage, teeth, gums, cardiovascular health and overall well-being. Calcium is a crucial component of bone health and if not enough calcium is being consumed in the diet, calcium stores from bones begin to be drawn out into the bloodstream, thereby increasing the risk of the development of osteoporosis. Magnesium and vitamin D aid in the absorption and utilization of calcium in the body and are also needed in adequate amounts in the diet for optimal functioning. Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones powder is also odorless, tasteless (when mixed in any citrus drink), and it dissolves easily in your drink without a gritty texture.

ORGANIC Calcium and Magnesium forms for better absorption without digestive issues.

ACCUMULATED WISDOM

Magnesium is a vital mineral that your body needs to stay healthy. It is nearly impossible to get the required magnesium for optimal health from diet alone. Magnesium deficiency is one of the leading nutrient deficiencies in adults, with an estimated 80 percent being deficient in this vital mineral. – it’s a good idea to consider taking magnesium supplements in addition to magnesium-rich foods. Symptoms of magnesium deficiency include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and weakness. Extreme magnesium deficiency can cause numbness, tingling, muscle cramps, seizures, personality changes, and an abnormal heart rhythm.Getting too little magnesium does not produce obvious symptoms. When otherwise healthy people have low intakes, the kidneys help retain magnesium by limiting the amount lost in urine. Habitually low intake of magnesium causes changes in biochemical pathways that increase the risk of illness over time. Additionally, there are conditions and medications that interfere with your body’s ability to absorb magnesium or increase the amount of magnesium that the body excretes, which lead to magnesium deficiency.

Beyond consuming too little magnesium, these groups are at high risk for magnesium deficiency:

  • People with gastrointestinal diseases (such as Crohn’s disease and celiac disease)
  • People with type 2 diabetes
  • People with long-term alcoholism
  • Older people

Historically, calcium supplements have (and continue to be) difficult to take, poorly absorbed and cause digestive problems. This is because most supplements are made using inexpensive, chalky calcium forms that are better suited to a blackboard than they are to your health. Yes, the most commonly used form of calcium in supplements, calcium carbonate is what we commonly refer to as chalk. In the hope of getting any calcium from chalk, you need to endure huge, nasty chalky tasting pills and pray that your digestive system is up to the task of breaking them down and absorbing them. Unfortunately for most of us, the way the nasty chalky pill got in us is also the way it leaves us, mostly intact. University of Alberta researchers found that most vitamin and mineral pills went through our systems (and into the toilet) fairly intact. On the way these “bathroom bullets” cause a great deal of stomach issues as you might expect, passing what for all intensive purposes are stones.

Top Reasons!

  • High blood pressure and heart disease
  • High blood pressure is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke, the number one killer of Canadians and Americans. Magnesium supplementation reduces blood pressure. Studies show that people who have get more magnesium have a lower risk of heart disease and stroke. Calcium helps maintain heart rhythm, reducing the risk of heart disease.
    Cramps
  • There are many common causes of muscle cramps that are easy to solve, while other less common causes may require medical attention. The most frequently affected muscles are the calf, hamstring and quadriceps. Straining muscles, particularly from long periods of exercise and repetitive motion along wot weather and dehydration can trigger or make cramps worse. More troubling are the cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. These can hit anyone, anytime and people over 40 are particularly susceptible.

To ensure hydration is not a factor, drink lots of clean water (not sports drinks, soda or caffeinated drinks) ideally enhanced with chlorophyll. This is doubly important if you are exercising. when exercising make sure you have your enhanced water nearby and drink throughout your exercise routine or game. Take Easy Vitamins and Minerals Magnesium each day.

To help prevent cramps, the first thing you should do is drink plenty of fluids (ideally at least eight glasses of water) every day. If you’re exercising, be sure to have fluids with you so that you can replenish during the activity. Second, be sure to warm up and stretch before and after using a muscle for an extended period of time. If you’re prone to muscle cramps at night, you can also stretch or do some light activity, like riding a stationary bike, for a few minutes before sleep. Regular stretching can help to lengthen muscle fibers and allow them to contract more forcefully when you exercise, reducing muscle fatigue.

Type 2 diabetes
People with higher amounts of magnesium in their diets tend to have a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Magnesium helps the body break down sugars and might help reduce the risk of insulin resistance (a condition that leads to diabetes). We know that people with diabetes (all types) are magnesium deficient. Scientists are studying whether magnesium supplements might help people who already have type 2 diabetes control their disease. More research is needed to better understand whether magnesium can help treat diabetes.

Osteoporosis
Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus and Vitamin D are important for healthy bones. People with higher intakes of these nutrients have a higher bone mineral density, which is important in reducing the risk of bone fractures and osteoporosis. Getting more from foods or dietary supplements might help older adults improve their bone mineral density.

Migraine headaches
People who have migraine headaches sometimes have low levels of magnesium in their blood and other tissues. Several small studies found that magnesium supplements can modestly reduce the frequency of migraines. However, people should only take magnesium for this purpose under the care of a health care provider. More research is needed to determine whether magnesium supplements can help reduce the risk of migraines or ease migraine symptoms.

Mood & Anxiety
In some people, depression and anxiety are thought to be caused, at least in part, to magnesium deficiency. Stress, hormonal balance, excessive calcium intake, disease and poor absorption can all be causes of this deficiency. Dietary deficiencies of magnesium, coupled with excess calcium and stress may cause many cases of other related symptoms including agitation, anxiety, irritability, confusion, asthenia, sleeplessness, lethargy, headache, delirium, hallucinations and hyper-excitability. Although the research is preliminary, since magnesium is safe to take and free of negative effects, there seems little reason not to include magnesium supplements to your supplement regime.

Cancer
Vitamin D’s role in bone health has been well researched. These same studies have found that higher intake or blood levels of vitamin D are associated with a reduced risk of certain cancers, namely colorectal, breast and prostate. Calcium in concert with Vitamin D may reduce your risk of breast cancer. Researchers found that the two nutrients, when taken in combination help regulate cell proliferation and differentiation as well as cell death in breast tissue.

There is a better way!
Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones is a tasteless (when mixed in any citrus drink), odourless powder that can be mixed into any citrus drink (a drink containing vitamin C) without changing the taste. Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones provides minerals in their raw organic form. It is highly absorbable and bioavailable, without causing digestive difficulties.

Traditional supplements are made of poorly absorbed inorganic magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium chloride, etc) and calcium (bone meal, calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, coral calcium, oyster calcium, etc) essentially powdered rocks. In order for these inorganic minerals to be absorbed, they must first be solubilized and ionized by stomach acid. For most people, ionization of inorganic minerals (the type most widely used in supplements) is a major problem and highly inefficient at best.

Studies show most of us are severely deficient in stomach acid. People with insufficient stomach acid can only absorb a fraction of traditional minerals from diet and supplements. Under ideal conditions, a person with normal stomach acid can only absorb as little as 4% of these minerals. Patients with low stomach acid need to use forms already in a soluble and ionized state, like those found in Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones. Since it is already bioavailable, people with impaired stomach acid can absorb these organic minerals instead of excreting them as they do with the inorganic supplements they could not ionize. This is how magnesium became the laxative of choice. Poor inorganic forms of magnesium, as they precipitate out of your gut they get through to your bowel unabsorbed. Here they cause a relaxation effect, forcing you to excrete them and have bowel movements. Great if you are severely constipated, not so great if you want to build your magnesium levels.

Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones is highly absorbable, in part, because it is 100% soluble. Stomach acid is not needed to break it down. Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones enters your body in a completely soluble form ready for immediate absorption. It is gentle on the stomach, making it easy to take, especially for children and the elderly.

Calcium Matters
Many people are “deficient” in magnesium despite taking a “calcium / magnesium” supplement regularly. This is because traditional calcium supplements suppress your body’s ability to absorb magnesium. In the pH environment of the small intestine, inorganic minerals tend to attach themselves to one another and form precipitation. Once precipitated, the minerals fall out of solution together and become non-absorbable. As a result, inorganic calcium supplements dramatically reduce magnesium absorption.

This is why everyone needs to supplement magnesium if they use inorganic calcium. In effect you are just replacing the magnesium your inorganic calcium supplement robbed from your body.Easy Vitamins & Minerals products (Easy Vitamins & Minerals Calcium and Easy Vitamins & Minerals Magnesium don’t interact with other compounds thanks to their strong molecular structure and complete solubility. Therefore Easy Vitamins & Minerals products will help, not reduce magnesium absorption.

Prove it yourself
Test your current calcium magnesium supplement. See how soluble and absorbable it is (or is not), and how much of it precipitates out. Take your supplement and put 1 serving (tablet, capsule, powder, etc) into a clear bottle with 500ml (2 cups) white vinegar. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes then mix well.

The vinegar is a weak acid solution designed to simulate our stomach acids (although not a perfect simulation, it will demonstrate the point). Leave the bottle with the vinegar and your supplement for 1/2 hour. Look and see if the supplement has dissolved and how much of it has stayed in solution (not on the bottom of the bottle). Now try the same experiment with Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones comparing solubility and the amount of precipitation. Remember, when it comes to minerals, what doesn’t stay in solution doesn’t stay in you!

ITS ABOUT ABSORPTION
When it comes to minerals its about the absorption. Why bother taking a supplement if you can’t absorb it? Its like flushing your money (along with your health) down the toilet. Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones has been formulated for optimal absorption regardless of your health or digestion. Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones uses easy to absorb organic forms of minerals mixed with the absorption enhancer FIBERrific.

Inorganic forms of minerals (oxide, sulfate, etc.) are large molecules and are more difficult to absorb and get transported into the bloodstream. Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones, comprised entirely of small molecule organic minerals, is absorbed in its molecular form and doesn’t need carriers for absorption. It takes advantage of all the absorption sites and diffusion sites in the small intestine. This allows absorption regardless of stomach acid levels, age, gender, nutrition or hormone status.

To further enhance the absorption of Easy Vitamins & Minerals Bones we have also added FIBERrific (instant inulin). Inulin’s effects on calcium and magnesium absorption have been widely studied. Researchers found that inulin is able to temporarily alter the intestinal pH, increasing the absorption of these minerals while in the presence of the absorption and diffusion sites.
